Terms and Condition

  • Every appointment requires a non-refundable $20 deposit, which must be paid via PayNow (not PayLah).

    Your deposit will be forfeited under the following conditions:

    • Appointment is canceled.

    • Rescheduling after the 72-hour grace period.

    • Rescheduling more than once.

    • Arriving more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.

    Please make sure you're certain you can attend before booking, as the deposit is non-refundable.

    The $20 deposit will be deducted from your total at the end of the session. For example, if your total is $58, your final payment will be $38 after applying the deposit. If your appointment total is below $20, we kindly ask that you deposit the full amount instead.

  • We totally understand things can come up! That's why we offer a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. If you're running more than 5 minutes late, though, your $20 deposit will be forfeited, and depending on time, we might need to simplify your design to stay on schedule. Since appointments are booked back-to-back, being late can affect others, so we appreciate your understanding!

    If you think you might not be able to make your appointment, it's best to avoid booking the slot to prevent any complications.

    No-shows will also result in losing your deposit, so please do let us know if your plans change. Thanks so much for your cooperation!

  • We want you to love your nails, so please take a moment to check them before leaving the studio and let your nail technician know if anything isn’t quite right! Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once you’ve left the studio.

    However, refunds are available on a case-by-case basis for specific situations. If you think a refund is necessary, feel free to drop us a DM, and we’ll be happy to discuss it further!

    Your satisfaction is important to us, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns!

  • You’re welcome to bring 1 companion with you, but please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment if someone will be joining you. If you fail to let us know in advance or bring a surprise guest, your deposit may be forfeited.

    Edens' Atelier.co reserves the right to decline service if our terms and conditions aren’t followed, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

  • In cases where nails experience lifting or defects due to improper care, negligence, or nail tech inaccuracy, you can request a redo by providing photo or video proof. Once approved, please make an appointment on our website and upload your picture proof under the deposit proof section.

    Please note that Edens'Atelier.co will not approve a redo in the following situations:

    1. No photo or video proof is provided.

    2. Failure to present a reasonable dispute.

    3. Nails were peeled off on purpose.

    4. More than 5 nails experienced lifting.

    5. There is obvious mishandling of the nails.

    6. Failure to return the lifted nails.

    We kindly ask that you ensure you're satisfied with your nails before the end of your appointment, as no further changes will be allowed afterward.
